Review service including: Analyze existing range ventilation system and compare and contrast to current NIOSH, OSHA, and EPA recommendations/standards. Identify corrective measures that will bring the range into compliance including operational and procedural issues. Calculate supply airflow volume and velocity at the cross-sectional area of firing line. Calculate exhaust volume and determine range negative pressure. Examine supply distribution system configuration and general supply and exhaust ductwork layout. Review overall architectural aspects of range configuration and compare to industry design standards. Submit a written report documenting the findings along with an estimated cost to implement corrective measures. Range Ventilation Design, Inc. requires a full set of building drawings including architectural, structural,
mechanical, electrical, civil, etc. to ensure an accurate assessment. Site photographs and/or video recordings are also required. This service does not include a site visit.
